The program has a duration of three semesters and comprehends 90 ECTS points.
It is a part-time program leading to the Master of Business Administration degree (MBA).
Prerequisites are an academic degree (bachelor, master, magister, diploma) and a minimum of 1 year professional experience.
Onsite lectures take place Fridays from 16:00 to 21:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 16:00. The 2nd semester includes an onsite week.
The Global Leader Week in China for the specialization International Project Management normally is placed between 1st and 2nd semester.
Specialization IPM:
19.850 EUR plus third party fees for the Global Leader Week in China and optional certifications.
Specialization ATM:
18.800 EUR plus third party fees for optional certifications
Singular examination fee of HfWU of 200 EUR.
As cooperation partner of GPM we offer special conditions for GPM members.
The content of the program is aligned with optional certifications and thus replaces qualification courses for Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner and IPMA Level D.

With the specialization International Project Management we support you in the acquisition of comprehensive competences for business management, leading in international project context and for the management of especial complex projects. The program includes a study week in China and an optional IPMA Level D certification.
The increasing dynamics, complexity and uncertainty makes it unavoidable for companies to speed up the own corporate development. Important methods for this transformation are agile management approaches and the accompanying agile culture. We teach you comprehensive business management and change management competences and enable you to develop effective concepts for the sustainable solution of corporate challenges of our times. Part of the specialization are optional certifications to agile roles (Scrum Master & Product Owner) and for IPMA Level D.
